Michael, thats odd cus a mechanic told me I would have to swap the whole trans for the 512M unit cus the 512M shaft is different size from the 512TR unit. More mysteries |

William, I was told it would.. I was looking at a car locally that had the mainshaft updated to a 512M.. can dig out the guys name if you want it. mc |

I was under the impression that the only difference in the TR/M enigne/drivetrain was the titianium connecting rods in the M. I will ask around and see if I can confirm. I have seen prolly 5 M's around here not incl. the guy who owns 3 of them. -Ben |

A mechanic at Ferrari of Atlanta told me the 512M gearbox is considerably stronger that the 512TR unit. I guess I have discovered the 512TR's major weakness Of course the stronger main shaft of the 512M wont fit in the 512TR box |

Need an Albero Primario , part # 109716, or maybe a spare trans if u have 1 lying around Thanks |
