I betcha Ted Rutlands has one. It has a dark green cover. I saw a pile of about 8 of them when I was there 2 months ago. Teds number is 800-638-1444.
Then try Hemmings Motor News, there is a guy named Ken in Florida who has tons of stuff. Also check Frank DeCola in Pennsylvania, he is in Hemmings too. |
