Its a service cover on ebay. Ugly thing, does not even have the mirror fittings. How can the guy say it cost 600 from the dealer?

Bob,

According to the website, the Class cover does come with a logo. Ill check out California Car Covers site as well. My car is always garaged, so an indoor car is just fine.

Lens, my cover came with a lightweight red storage bag. I'm not sure if CoverCar does the Prancing Horse and Ferrari logo... they probably do? And I'd still check out the California Car Cover these guys mention below. Christian's had both and likes the CalCover better. Also not sure if that comes with the graphics? Maybe they can provide more info. Remember, the factory cover is an INDOOR cover only. Good luck!!!

Bob,

Did your cover come with a storage bag? I eMailed covercar.com yesterday for pricing/shipping info, but havent heard back yet.

Based on your photo, this is the cover for me.

Thanks.

Lens, I just checked the tag on my "factory" car cover and it says "CoverCar by Andrea" which is the Italian site you refer to below. It appears to be the red "Class" series cover. I'm sure Ferrari sources these things from somewhere... I doubt the guys who build engines during the day sew car covers for fun in the evening. This is probably the place.

Keep the dog, keep the car. I have my own car and no time for a dog!

The dog, the garage, the cover, the house.... how about a package deal? Not the car!

Can somebody post a pic of the California Car Cover... I'd like to see what it looks like? Here's a pic of the factory 328 cover.

Ive also been researching car covers, but havent made a decision yet. I want a red one, with a logo. Check out www.covercar.com. Its an Italian website.

I am not so crazy about the factory cover. I have a factory cover and one form california car cover and it is much better IMHO. I don't remember their web page right now, they have different ones for all kind of applications.

Jim, there's only one "inside" car cover to get, the factory one. It's custom-fit red with a soft cotton lining and has logos on both ends. I ordered mine directly from Italy..... the exchange rate is favorable and the cost was $181 including shipping (they shipped it FedEx) back in June. I noticed someone on eBay who claimed dealers sell them for $600 but I doubt it (or maybe I don't doubt it). It absolutely fits like a glove. I'll email you some info.

I worked with Andrew Mladosic who was great, email: [email protected]

Sorry I missed the Dallas get-together for the USGP, I just couldn't pull it off. Hope to meet you and your 328 soon. Bob

I need a cover for my 328. I don't need anything designed to protect it from the elements, just something to keep the dust off. The dealer I bought it from promised me a used one, but it never happened. Does anyone have one they'd like to part with for a reasonable price?
