Where is the relay panel, 75-308GT4?

It was not obvious whether the relay panel was immediately under the glovebox, or behind a false panel at the footwell. Of course, the WSM says nothing. Since others have done this before, I thought i would ask. The piece of carpet covering it has some snap-buttons securing it in place. Just pull it off and the panel is secured by four screws... My Right fan does not work and I need to look at the relay.
