Peter B. -- On the 308 2-valve air injection nozzle (PN 108205):

the thread that goes into the cylinder head is M14 x 1.5P

the thread that connects to the air injection manifold is (an oddball size) M13 x 1.0P (and the length is 8mm) -- good luck (you'll need it )

Peter
I had one that went south (I don't recall how I messed it up, but I did) and bought a new one from T Rutlands. $75 I think. 14 x 1.25 sounds familiar, but check with Chris or Mike at Rutlands, they'll know.

I've had alot of help here on this. So thanks to all who responded to the other thread! Before getting stuck with a thread repair on the front bank due to a seized air nozzle...I'm going to wait until the car is down for a spell before attempting to pull the air-nozzles out of the head. For now, I simply want to cap the air-nozzles as they rest in the heads, removing the air-manifolds and other equipment.

The question of the day, what is the thread pitch/dia of the male end of the air-nozzle that connects to the air-manifold?

Does anyone have a nozzle I could get my hands on to determine this? Permanent or temporary loan???

Thanks '75308GT4Peter & Terry S. for your help with the head plugging advice.
