Jeff, Worked great and my 2am drive last night was wonderful. Nothing like open (and now newly repaved) roads to "prance" upon. Enjoy the Drive, Steven R. Rochlin "(In Maranello where love is king When boy meets car here's what they say) When the car hits your eye like a big pizza pie That's amore When the Ferrari seems to shine like you've had too much wine That's amore The engine will ring ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling And you'll sing "Vita bella" Hearts will play tippy-tippy-tay, tippy-tippy-tay Like a gay tarantella When the car make you drool just like a pasta fagiole That's amore When you drive down the street with a Ferrari at your feet You're in love When you're driving in a dream but you know you're not Dreaming signore Scuzza me, but you see, back in old Maranello That's amore..." |

Jeff, i am, i AM! You are probably aware of all all the other goodies that have been improved/replaced. BTW, the 60k major will be in a week or so while i am in Milan/Torino/Maranello. Have all the fluids ready but the Mercedes anti-freeze. Will get that this weekend. Vita Bella! Enjoy the Drive, Steven R. Rochlin

There seems to be different motors folks for various models and while i did order one from the usual US Parts source, they unknowingly sent me the wrong one and did not have the correct one available. See photo below
The 1985 Euro 308GTS QV here had the grey motor on left. My guess is that most 308's have the one on the right. This passenger side motor says on it "SWF GERMANY 44 66 823 12V SWMK 402.627". it is also covered in some type of grey plastic/hardened substance that covers the diodes/electricals. Therefore it made it nearly impossible to simply do a diode change :-( Would like to GREATLY thank the services of Ferrari UK, and Jeff in particular, for assisting me at acquiring the CORRECT parts. IMHO we should all thank our stars that Jeff and company are here for us. Enjoy the Drive, Steven R. Rochlin
