Anyone ever try this? I have to replace the fan shroud due to three cracked spokes. The top two fasteners are easy, but the lower two are blocked by the shroud, and a boa constrictor-like paper hose. For future reference, the entire fan assembly, shroud/fan blade/motor, costs just a little more than the shroud alone ($160 vs. $105).
