As the cable is lower in the front than the rear, you find an aerosol spray lube, with a long plastic nozzle and slowly but surely force enough lube in from the rear tube opening to allow it to migrate to the lower front portion of the guide tube. After each attempt carefully pull on the handle a number of times to help the lube migrate forwards. |

How do you lubricate the cable for the engine bonnet? |
