James, I am not sure what your particular car requires however there have been numerous threads over the last 3 - 4 months on this topic. Do a search. Get back if you cannot find what you need.

I know a lot of people are using Redline 75W-90 NS, I am right now in my 575M.

Ali, what do you recommend?

James, Thanks. i do not have a LOT of chatter, just enough to be annoying (especially if one is very anal)

If you have chatter then you need to change to the appropriate gear lubricant. If there is no chatter then leave it alone.

James - I had a significant problem with LSD chatter after my engine out service. It was noted only on starting from a stop with a slight turn of the steering wheel. I added a LSD additive obtained at a Dodge dealer (I believe it is Mopar brand). It comes in a small tube that can be "squeezed" into the transmission filler plug with the aid of a clear plastic tube extending above the engine bay. Open the allen bolt filler plug, and insert the plastic tube in the hole. Squeeze the LSD additive down the tube into the transmission. The amount is rather small, thus you do not need to worry about overfill or any spilling out (unless the previous filling of the transmission was with the car on a forward tilt).

It required a long drive, but the mixing of the LSD additive and transmission fluid solved the problem.

there have been a number of posts that describe the benifits to reduce/eliminate chatter during takeoffs especially while turning at the same time.
