Thin spare wheel and tyre in UK about $ 500, jack should be no more than $20. |

Check that price, I bought the kit about a year and a half ago, I think I paid about $1,000 - $1,300 for it. |

I called a few dealerships about an F355 factory spare for my car. They stated that it was sold as a complete kit only (rim/tools/jack) for the tune of over $3k! I ended up purchasing a used front rim (full size) off the internet and a scissor jack and wrench from the local auto parts store. It eats up a little more trunk space then the "space saver", but a hell of a lot cheaper. |

I use a thin 246/308 spare with a spacer about 1" thick, this is Ok as a 'get you home'. Also use old 308 jack with small wood block for locating in body. Repair aerosol cans don't work when needed. Thin wheels can be found in UK. |

"Anyone know where I can find a spare tire for a 355?" Even the front tire doesn't fit in the trunk. "Did it come with a tool kit and jack?" Yes--tool kit, No--jack. "I'm interested in any viable alternative also." Its called a cell phone. Much lighter, and about as useful. |
