Wheel offset for 348?

The standard 360 rims do fit on the 348 so there is a very good chance that the modular wheels will fit. Will these 360 Modular wheels fit without any modification? Modular wheel size: 18x7.5 (F), 18x10 (R) Modular wheel offset: Fronts ET=31.5, Rear ET=38.95 Modular wheel bolt pattern: 5x108 or 5x4.25 Thanks!
