Thanks Guys. Bruce, how are you? I love those flashlights that you sent me. I used one so much that the light bulb burned out. I am on my second one. Can I buy a few more from you. They are great when working on my F'cars.

Dont confuse "possible" with "efficient". You will quite likely make many mistakes, disturb things unnecessarily, neglect proper procedure, omitt important jobs, damage things or yourself and definitely take about 3 times as long to do belts/pump etc in situ. It's just plain crazy. If subframe removal is the obstacle, then you'd be better off on many counts buying a 2nd hand hoist and building a garage at home high enough. You can take the engine out the top with a crane if you like, TR's and M's need that anyway, so to do it on a TRossa at home is quite straight forward relatively speaking if you can't have a hoist. |

Thanks Jeff. I thought it would be very tough to get at but I just wanted to know if it is possible. Then again I guess it is possible to do TR t-belts with the engine in the car but not convenient from what I have heard. Thanks Again. |

IF.....you can remove the right side cam belt cover then you can remove the water pump. I think if you removed the right side fuel tank, it could be done. It would be difficult though. |

A TR owner and I were discussing this at a recent show I was at. Can this be done? I know that many rebuild it while the engine is out. I am curious to know if it can be removed while the engine is in the car. Thanks. |
