Phildo,

Not quite sure what you mean by 155 pounds (155 pounds per inch??)but the stock springs for a GTB should be around 31mm per 100 kg at the front. The rears are a fraction softer, about 30mm per 100 kg but the overall spring rates are softer at the front because of the lower front suspension pick up point being inborad in relation to the rear.

I have a set of slightly stiffer 308 springs you can borrow to try if you like. They are bright yellow though, so you'll need to paint them to get past the scrutineers ;)

Regards,

Carl.

I've tested the front springs today on a steel Australian GTB. They're 155 lb".

Does anyone have records of what is factory specs?

Have these springs gone soft?

Is there a stiffer off shelf 308 spring I can use....I need to raise the front by around 20-25mm after a major camber adjustment lowered it a little too much.

I CANNOT use adjustable spring platforms OR spacers for the category the car runs in.

Any help appreciated.
