Dave,
Hey a 308 is no sh*t box, its a Ferrari, says so right on the back deck. Anyway, I may have tracked down the original wheels and tires through the previous owner. Hopefully I can make a fair deal withe the owner since he no longer has a car to put them on. He also has the original steering wheel. I will keep you filled in on how it goes.
Thanks for your support.

Charles,
Welcome to Ferrari ownership...I paid $3k a few years ago for some used, refinished, original 308 QV wheels, then bought tires and had them mounted...big bucks for a "sh*tbox 308"! Those prices from Ferrari UK seem mighty reasonable for brand spanking new, fresh BBi wheels.

Trust me, I feel your pain... :-)

Thanks Guys,
Frank, thanks for the info. I am glad to know the wheels and tires are available. Unfortunately after buying the car I am not quite ready to spring for the $2500 for the wheels+tires. I will try to keep a look out for some decent used ones.
Thanks,
Charlie

Charles, Coker has all the Michelin TRX tires you need for a BB512i. In fact, Michelin still makes them. Coker has the exclusive rights to sell them in the USA. The front and rear tires are both TRX 240/55 VR 415. You can buy new OEM wheels from www.owners.ferrari.com . The front wheels are 180 TR 415 and the rear wheels are 210 TR 415.

I have the incorrect wheels and tires for my car. Even though they drive and look great I want to have a set of originals because I am OCD. I would also like to have an original steering wheel and radio if anyone know where they may be found. I called Coker and they are clueless as to the metric tires for this car. Maybe I was asking for the wrong #'s. I understood them to be 210TR15415 rear and 180TR415 front. Is this the case and can anyone give me another suggestion on where to find them.If these are not the correct #,s could someone fill me. Thanx
