30MPH redline for 308GT4??

My speedometer also reads 10 MPH with the ignition off. In addition, the tachometer reads 500 RPM with the ignition off. This appears to be the case with all 308s Hans E. (Probably meant to be 50KPH.) If this is the maximum recommended car speed, I think I may have voided the warranty. Any idea what this is? It's not in the manual.
