Sport Auto is tops in my book. They were the people recomended by me to work on my 348spider BY FoA.

Tom J is the best and he is training John who will be one of the best. I even let John Drive my Escalade back to my house in the mountains when I picked up my 348 once.

I can not give a better rec on Sport Auto.

But to be sure, I have never bought a car from them......

.....But I will!!!!!!

Kenneth,
I now assume that I am the new owner of that 348ts. I just bought a 8300 mile 348ts from Steve and the gang at Sport Auto on March 31st. I've already put 1000 miles on it and it is running great. Would love to talk to you about it and learning more about the car.

Chris,
Everyone there is above board. Tom Jones is one of the more respected mechanics in this area as well. It was and still is a pleasure working with Sport Auto.

One word of caution though, Sport Auto is officially a Lambo dealer.  I don't hold that against them though. :-)

I plan to go back when I'm ready for a 355 F1.

I bought a 8,000 mile 348ts from Sport Auto and later traded it back in for an F355 GTB. I feel that I got a fair deal on both cars (they were/are exceptional examples). They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Chris,
I looked at some 355's there. I ended up buying at Ferrari of Atlanta. Sport Auto was always real nice and sent all the facts I needed on each car

The owner of Sport Auto ( Steve Barney ) was a main player with Foreign Cars Italia for many years. He has been involved with Ferrari and Porsches for 20 plus years and has a good reputation. You may not get the best prices but overall his cars are top shelf and his reputation is good.

I have talked to the guys there and even drove a few cars. They are not pushy, they are "car people". I would not hesitate to buy from them if you can get the right price.

And NO I am not affiliated, just a car shopper like many.

P.S. I am currently looking at a 348 Spyder in the Houston area - can you recommend a shop to help with the inspection ??

Looks like they have some really nice cars in decent condition. Anybody dealt with them before? Looks like a good group of guys from the website.
