Update to close the loop.
Paul Darling (service manager) is the guy to work with at FOQ. He solved and clarified the issues I posted on June 4 and was pleasant to work with. Paul Thanks again!

They seem to have alot in common with Ferrari of Ontario. & yes they are screwballs.

Very sad situation indeed, but why did you not go through FofDenver?? Perhaps FofD could have acted on behalf of you (through the dealer network) & all the BS could have been avoided.

Heads up on Ferrari of Quebec. I bought a 348ts from them that was supposed to have a Tubi exhaust system (have the invoice from FOQ showing this). I had the 30K done by FOQ as well. Car was delivered w/o the Tubi system? No on seemed to know how this happened, but after a few heated discussions I got the Tubi system, but had to pay to get it installed, no reimbursement. No records of what was done for the 30K check except for parts list. FOQ will not give me a labor list of items that were supposedly done. Very unprofessional organization. This is Ferrari right? Good Luck with your F cars and have fun, but I'd keep an eye on these guys if you do business with them.
