Vincent,
You got me thinking, I need a freaking weathervane so that I know what area these dangerous winds are blowing from!
I'm going to install that on the hood of the 250, it will go with the rediculous fender mounted rear view mirrors installed by Langdon Procter in 1961!

Montana is a great place, but the Winters! It's the frozen version of h*ll in my book. Far too cold for me. Great time for the summers, and good roads for Ferraris, but the winters are just too cold.

Art,

It's tough for Bill to drive up there, the weather doesn't cooperate apparently. I forget the exact figures but unless he has 73C and %63 humidity it stay in the garage. :-)

Oh and winds out of the SSW at no more than 5mph.

Matt,
I go both way's. It depends on the season.
Montana in the Summer is too die for, but nothing is nicer than a week in Big Sur, or San Diego in the Winter.

Well I'm off the hook. The final sentence is that I must perform a valve adjustment on the 250 at no charge. The nice thing is I am also throwing in all the Bass Ale it takes to complete the task!

Bill,

I put a scratch on my seat, stupidly as well. After a few hours of beating myself up over it, I decided to just drive the car, because when I drive it I can't see the scratch. If I drive fast enough I forget all about it. So instead of fining yourself your punishment should be to go for long drives as often as possible. Given your driving club motto this would be a fitting punishment.

Vincent.

Bill,

But some red paint on the scratch and tell everyone it's rust. They will never know.

Today after putting a scratch on my car I fined myself $100.00 for stupidity. Was this an acceptable fine, or not enough real justice for plain old stupidity. I am also ordered to not drive the car for at least a week. This seems unfair in consideration of the fine!
What should I do, fine myself a couple of hundred more, or beat myself up some more?
Maybe I can beat this by driving the other car for a while.
