As a young buisness owner, I know that untill VERY recently, it was nearly impossible to rent a car if you were under 25. (curriously one could rent a TRUCK with a license and a smile, I drove to many meetings and parked a block away...) The situation got a little easier about when I turned 21 (both the world wised up a tad, and 21 became a new magic number) Now all Enterprise does is d*** me for another $10  I digress, but I bet renting is not an option. For my best friends' brothers 9th birthday (he's obsessed with cars becuase of me), I had Ricky Nardis surprise the little guy and pick him up in his 355, you should have seen his face! (The week after that I got him a ride in the Enzo!)
