Bill,

Thanks, when I get some plans together I'll let you know. There's a great view, windows and insulated glass are going to be a must.

Vincent.

Vincent,
Thats a nice chunk of land. When you are ready to build let me know and I will see if I can make you a deal on windows.
I handle many brands, and we are well versed in long distance drop shippments as well as overseas
shipments.
As a matter of fact I have a meeting on Monday to discuss the window replacement at the US Embassy in Hanoi.

Bill,

Is there a hill on the dental floss ranch? we could also do an underground silo for all the floss.

Des,

Sorry, I've been neglecting my f-chat time....beeen a little busy. For some reason I'm having problems uploading pictures. basically, the deal is looking good. I had my dirt guy look at the road and he thinks no problem. It'll be a little pricey, but won't kill the deal. I talked to the county and they don't have a problem with what I want to build and it looks like I can upgrade the current permit for three bedroom septic to a five bedroom without too many problems. Now, I need to find a buyer for my house. Anyone want a house in the Napa Valley?

Upload

at least one picture worked!

Vincent.

That sounds nice Vincent. By the way, I think I want some tunnels for underground parking!
Can I borrow the " Mole"?

I've just made an offer on a building site 8 minutes from calistoga. 8 acres, awesome views, three building sites, great ground for some tunnels for undeground parking or wine cellar.

It should be accepted in the morning, then I have 30 days of due diligence to see if I can improve the existing road to the site, and research the permitting. Going to meet my dirt guy up there tommorrow to see what the damage is for improving the road to emergency vehicle specs. If all goes well, next summer I'm moving in.

I'm going to build a guest/pool house first until I can swing a bigger main house. Southern exposure, 200 feet above the road, no noise, no neighbors that you can see, no power lines. It's awesome. No one can build behind or on either side, perfect!

Hope it works out.

I'll try and take some pictures that do it justice.

Vincent.
