I've been to the F1 in Monaco six times or so. It really is fantastic, especially because you can see so many interesting cars (and persons) at the Casino in the evenings. I always had tickets for the "Rocher", simply because the others are too expensive for me. A friend of mine always stays at "K" and he likes it a lot more than "O". BTW: make sure you can see a television screen. Makes it a lot easier to follow the race! I believe you can see one from "K", but I doubt if you can see one from "O".
What about leaving one week earlier to visit the Historic GP too?? I like it even more than the F1!!!

Has anyone been to Monaco before? I am planning on going and cannot decide between grandstand "K", the main grandstand facing the harbor, or grandstand "O", which is on the harbor facing in. Anyone know which offers the best view? I also need to take into account accessibility to the train as I will be staying in Cannes. Thanks to one and all for any feedback. |
