I love the freedom but you do have to go above and beyond sometimes. I found a good DSP ASIC Engineer tonight. Also found some good Mechanical Engineers, and now all I have to do is come up with some Implantable medical engineers and then I can play on the beach tomorrow instead of hanging out at the desk. Love having my own business. My mom and dad had their own also, so I guess I caught the bug growing up. Starting your own business really stinks sometimes when you are home on a Saturday night doing your accounting! I can't wait until my business 'crosses the line into affordability' to offload these duties!.
