A friend of mine in the UK has bought a holiday home in Florida, near the theme parks, and swears its a great investment. He says he will get big rental income as well as having a place to use himself for a couple of weeks a year. It sounds to good to be true (so it probably is).
Anyone got experience on what kind of rental return and capital growth would you expect?
I wouldn't be looking to use it myself, just an investment with better returns than over here.
Any recommendations on where to buy if it is worth it. |
