I use www.icdsoft.com for my own company and many of our clients. $60 a year (no setup fees) for 333mb, 5gigs of data transfer, unlimited mail addresses, php, mysql, etc. etc. Their customer service and tech support guys are amazing: it's not uncommon to get a reply within 10 minutes and have them do whatever I've asked (e.g. installing some odd perl module I want to use) on the server within an hour. http://www.icdsoft.com/hosting.php |

Jon, 5 - 10 gigs storage is a LOT... I don't know any hosts that have standard offers for that much diskspace (and / or the related bandwith). I am currently with www.Pair.com who are reliable and have fast servers (which in my case is VERY important) but I think I am on their highest "plan" which will go only to 1 Gig. If you find a host that will do it within your price range, let me know. Jack |

www.lunarpages.com. Base = $7/mo, pay what you're talking about per month and you can get generous bandwidth required to host (store and serve) videos. --Mike

http://www.interland.com/ was once the largest dedicated server host in America, don't know about now. I loved them, awesome support, which the cheapos lack. I just got to the point that the monthly fee was more important than the support. However, you can find some great plans with them. I would go dedicated, the highest shared plans are 1-2 gb I think. |

I need a place to host my race videos. I am looking for something that caters to Joe Homeuser not small businesses or corporations. I need minimal services and don't need web design or a place to store a thousand webpages, just a place to post and index page with about 5-10 gigs of MPEG files. Are there any sites that offer this for $20-$30 a month or will I need to spend more. Regards, Jon P. Kofod 1995 F355 Challenge #23
