Lets do a class action suit for the TR drive shaft issue. If there were 200,000 of these on the road it would already be done. Probably not enough critical mass.

You need a group of people whose claims against one or a group of people are similar. What you've briefly described may or may not get what we lawyers call "class certification". The first thing that you need is a lawyer well versed in class actions, then you need the various members of the class.

However, if you have a group of individuals, or businesses with common complaints about a certain business or individual, why not just have a multiple party suit, i.e., all join together over this, with individual names, and avoid the entire trouble of calss certification.

You need to find a lawyer willing to take the time to find a class of people all similarly situated to sue and then get a court to certify the class.

Ive had a thorn in my side for a while and others I know do too. Visa/MC/Amex from a merchants side practice unfairly and always with their intrests first hurting merchants and doing as they please. anyway under what grounds can a class action be brought upon an organization?
