My wife hated it, I enjoyed it. When Uma looked down over the restaurant floor with all the people writhing around, I laughed my ass off. My wife didn't understand what was funny. It was just SO ridiculous that it was funny. I'll go see part 2.

Tarantino was in the zone in Kill Bill. The whole movie just flowed and it had a great soundtrack. I think it's up there with Pulp Fiction.

i liked it, the anime was really cool.

the second part comes out in February. you should hear how he describes the second part. "....the first part is eastern with a western influence, the second will be western with an eastern influence.." or something like that...lol

I really enjoyed it. Tarantino is one of a kind. Definitely worth a look if you can handle the violence.

Hi Mike,

I had the same feeling on the Pulp Fiction when I first saw it in London but I love it more after I watch it twice on dvd.

I am not sure if the Soundtrack is out or not but definitely will get one.

cheers

It's a good movie, but not as good as Pulp Fiction. It wasn't as violent as I expected and there were some very funny scenes. Definitely worth seeing.

Does anyone know when the second half comes out?

I think, in combination with Volume 2, it'll be a classic just like Pulp Fiction, which remains one of my all time favorite movies ever.

Yes, it is rediculousely violent because all these "funny" violent were originated from the 70-80' Japanese and Hong Kong Chinese movies with squirted blood. I didn't realize the movie was actually splitted into two so I was so shock to find the sudden END.

I like the cartoon section as well.

Very violent - Kinda strange - It's meant to be kind of "funny" violent. Whenever someone's leg got chopped off (which happenned a lot!) it squirted blood like crazy.

I actually liked it while my wife hated it. Keep in mind that I liked Pulp Fiction while she did not.

Funny at times, love how he made fun of anime the entire way through....rediculously violent.
