Never followed the sport, but I had friends who played. As a Mid-Western American who has followed F1 for over 25 years, I can appreciate anyone who discovers and follows non-mainstream sports. Not to mention how tough the sport is! Love the expression "Blood Bin". |

The blood bin is where you go to get stitched up if you're bleeding a bit too much. Back in the old days you just played on but now everyone gets a bit touchy with blood going everywhere in a contact sport. Watched Tonga play a game last week, prop (think offensive forward) gets a bad cut above his eye and waits patiently while doc stitches him up, no anaesthetic, and heads back on to the field for the last 20 minutes. The man loves his sport. Anyway, USA's up against the French next on the 31st, only 4 days away and your prospects don't look good. |

Shutup, assclown Green. Pads are for pussies, as you know. Rugby is a man's game. Hallelujah! This is the US's first win in World Cup play in years. My Kiwi friends have given me a lot of flack over the years for this. |

Well, it was a damn good game and the USA came through 39-24. Visited the blood bin a bit much though. |
