I don't want to ruin the movie for you guys - My only complaint would be I would like more Kung-Fu fight scenes and less spaceships, etc. They did have a few scenes that took it too the next level though. |

Dan Gordon ----- Damn you were the one laughing at Matrix II You kept waking me up... Movie premere all that jazz You must have had a blast. For the movie I hope it was better than the last one. KenNewNew is one of the worst actors I have ever had the displeasure of watching. I would rather beat my self with a 10 pound sledge hammer than willingly go to another of his movies. Sorry REALLY can't stand that stick of wood. How was the movie? |

Yes Dan - It was at the new Disney Concert hall. Frankie would have been cool to talk to about cars! There was definitely no shortage of pretty people there! |

Frankie Muniz would have been a cool guy to talk to. He is a huge car nut from what I have read. I think at one point he had a new Lotus V8 Anni and also a original 356 Speedster. |

Those parties are fun, aren't they? Biggest (in more ways than one) crowd of celebs I mingled with was at the grand opening of House of Blues in L.A.. Surrounded by T & A moving and shaking and Movers & Shakers T & A'ing. I've only seen Keanu once - (which is enough) - he was being tossed out of a club for being a rude, obnoxious, drunk... just around the corner from where I live now, though the uh, tosser (Reeves) was tossed prior to said move. My favorite sightings over the years are Sid Caesar - just exuded warmth during our convo and... J. Lo's ass swinging up the steps to her then-residence right in front of my face. Gawd awmighty. If you're asked what you do, just say "As little as possible." Chances are, whoever'll ask if they can borrow that line. Works for me. Glad you had a good time. |

Wow, is all I can say. Nothing like the red carpet treatment - I had no business there, but it's nice to feel like a somebody when you're a nobody. :-) The best part was after the movie, there was an "after party." Here are some of the exchanges I had with folks : Will Smith - I shook his hand and said hello, he said "What's Up dog?" (I still regret not saying hello to Jada). Cuba Gooding Jr. - Also shook his hand and said hello. Anthony Michael Hall - AKA Rusty, AKA Brian Johnson, AKA Garry - This one was my favorite - Gotta love Rusty - I said, "Hello, nice to meet you.... wow!" He laughed when I said "WOW" and said hello. Patted Keanu Reeves on the back and said, "Nice job, Nice job." I really wanted to call him Johnny Utah. Harold Perrineau Jr. - AKA Mercutio from Romeo + Juliet, "Link" in the Matrix movies, the guy in the wheelchair in the Oz HBO series. I said, "Hey, Mercutio!" He laughed, shook my hand and said hello. Others there that I saw, but did not say hello to : Frankie Muniz - Malcom in the Middle Jada Pinkett Smith Laurence Fishborne Scott Ian (from the band Anthrax) Joshua Jackson (Pacey on Dawson's Creek) Joel Silver (Producer) My favorite exchange of the night came upon leaving - On the way to the parking lot we ran into this Indian guy that had a part in the movie (at the train station in the movie). A pretty good part as he was talking in the movie with Keanu for several minutes. Anyway, I mention I was lost, going in circles trying to find the parking lot and tell him, by the way, "nice job" and shook his hand. He asked my friend and I how we liked the movie, we said we liked it, I mentioned I just bought the 2nd movie on DVD, etc. The funny part is he asked me to explain the ending to him! He has a good part in the movie and he wants me to explain the ending?? lol I laughed and discussed the ending with him and his wife and gave him my theories while he agreed and said "Yes, Yes". Too funny. When I couldn't explain anymore I said, "Heck I don't know, ask Joel Silver or the Wachowski Brothers!" Anyway, I had the time of my life! |
