Doesn't work both ways- if a girl regrets sleeping with you when drunk, you're screwed." While I believe that real rape is a serious crime, this has got to be the craziest BS I've heard in a long long time... One of those rules you SHOULD know: (At least in NY State) It was explained to me that if a drunk guy has sex with a drunk girl, that is considered rape (girl can go to the police on the guy)- even if it was consensual. The Feds are pushing for a 16 yo min. across the country...that is one of the reasons Hawaii bumped up a couple years ago from 14yo,...they were going to lose Federal dollars for some social programs if their legislature didn't act. Funny about how people confuse the legal age of consent as 18, when in reality most states are 16. I learned about this from a good friend who is the senior deputy prosecutor here in the Seattle/King county, and prosecuted a lot of these types of cases. | ||

Actually, 16 in the US is more of an average AOC than 18. First number is for Male-Female Sex; secound is Male-Male Sex; and third is Female-Female Sex.
