I like it. Why do you think I bought the Passat? Every time I talk to an Audi owner, I tell them, "Look on the bright side, you paid more. Plus you have the Audi logo. Wow." |

I don't know if anyone else is sick of this, but I am. This whole rebadging crap. Taking a Camry and slapping some chrome and leather on it, and calling it a Lexus. Taking a Maxima and sprucing up the bumpers and you have an Infinity. Taking an Accord and adding DVD navigation, making it an Acura. Worst of all, taking a Passat, adding $10k to the price, and calling it an Audi. Makes me sick. People are spending their hard earned money on nothing more than a stupid, overpriced, bling bling badge. Ah well. |

Dave: The difference between the two types of drivers: Ferrari vs. SUV is that the Ferrari driver, at least those that I know, won't be talking on the phone, won't be running the red lights. They will be going much too fast, and ignoring the traffic laws. And their mileage will be a little better, not much but a little. Art |

Kinda reminds me of a funny article from www.theonion.com with a headline that read: "New Ford SUV can carry eight passengers and their SUVs." The photoshopped photo that accompanied the article depicted people driving smaller SUVs up a ramp and into the side of an enormous SUV. |

And given the previous record of Infiniti resale value expect to lose about $1 a mile on resale. Look at late 90's Q45's they were like $55,000 cars and you can buy one for like 12K. |

Art, as you know, I despise SUV's in their most common iteration as suburban grocery getters...but I could not resist subsituting Ferrari for Nissan SUV in your post: "Another gas burning piece of crap that will never be driven on a race track. It will be driven by someone talking on their cell phone, ignoring the lights and other traffic regulations. Will probably run over more than one Toyota Prius, due to poor driving and an attitude that I've got the right of way, I'm more expensive & important." Eerie, eh?

Here we go again The all-new Infiniti QX56 full-size, luxury sport utility vehicle joins the growing lineup of powerful rear-wheel and all-wheel drive Infiniti vehicles in the spring of 2004. It becomes the fourth V8-powered Infiniti and the third to feature all-wheel drive. It will also be the first Infiniti model assembled in North America Feedback??
