Right on. THey are all supercharged aren't they? And for sure, the experience of the driver can really bring out the best in the car. That would be great if you could load the video....do you remember the exhaust sound? would it put a 'Harley to Shame' like I heard? |

I've got some video of Bob Bondurant taking me around the infield of Texas Motor Speedway earlier this year. I'll see if I can load it from my camera. I was very impressed with the car, minus the interior. The one I was riding in was supercharged, and the driver had, well, a lot of skill, so that may have had a lot to do with my liking it. |

This post is directed at Jonathan Peck. In the Cobra post you said that you had a chance to drive the Series 1, and I'm really curious as to what your overall experience with the car was like. I have never seen one in person, or even heard one for that matter. I read somewhere that the car sounds incredible, and has an exhaust system that could put a Harley to shame. To this day it still amazes me that under the hood is only a modified Aurora powerplant, considering the power and performance in generates. What a beautiful car.
Anyone have sound/video clips of it? |
