I think they were very lucky in that race. Must be agony in the Mosler pit though. The tire situation seemed to be affecting some of the other teams also. Hopefully, they could sort it out and continue their winning way. |

I did watch it on Speed. The suprising part was when Bill Auberlen was complaining to Calvin Fish about the spec tire rule in Grand-Am, since the Ferrari picked up a puncture and lost the lead. They did get it back later when the Mosler suffered engine troubles near the end, but I think he made the point that they have suffered tire problems at the last three races, and that this latest one may have cost them the race. Of course just after he mentioned that, the Mosler pitted and they re-took the lead. |
