I think Kimi has more chances to became WDC that Montoya or Ralf. Obviously it will depends on what cars they will be driving when MS retires. I don't trust that much on the talent of Montoya.

...and, keep your atention on Alonso this year!! I think this guy will be great in F1 someday....

Ciao a tutti!

With the signing of Massa it sounds like Ferrari is trying to build him up. As much as I like Massa, I'm not yet convinced, that he'll be champion material (like Kimi would).
I do hope so, that Juan will take over after MS leaves. Problem is, he isn't the youngest anymore either, so that would be only a temporary fix.

Yeh Kimi sure is on of most talented guys out there. By the time MS leaves the F1-circuit Kimi should have enough experience to be the next WC.

But then again, you never know which new talented guys will stand up and what they're capable of.
Don't think that Kimi is possibilty of Ferrari after MS. When MS leaves, Ferrari should have watched beyond Kimi.

I see Kimi as a raw talent but he needs to work on his personality...

I'd say not counting MS Kimi and Juan Pablo are currently the most talented/fastest guys on the track. Did you see that battle between them at Hockenheim? Memories of Arnoux vs Villeneuve came back...
I hope Mc Laren gets their act together (I'm a Ferrari fan, don't get me wrong here) so we'll see some more nice battles.

Also Kimi was one of the few (if not only) who managed to maintain car control at Suzuka when going onto the grass (Juan lost it). Somehow those dirt roads and snow in Finland makes their butts more sensitive than others (same with Mika and Keke - remember his 360 spin?).

With 10 DNFs, it doesn't look like he accumulating experience at a very rapid rate......

Even though Kimi Raikkonen had 10 DNFs this year, he still did fantastic the times that he did finish. After Shumi retires is there a chance that Ferrari may pick up Kimi at the end of next years season? Seems like he has the talent, just not sure if he has the experience.
