The 3M 8 mil protective tape is best IMO. Pricy, time consuming, best left to a professional unless you have great patience. An F50 took me the better part of four hours using bulk tape. The pre-cut kits are probably worth the cost due to time savings. The stuff peels off easily if and when you need to remove it. Looks kinda like the paint has orange peal when done. Usually can't tell there's tape from 20 feet away. | ||

You can buy clear protective tape. it will work best, some groups dont like the chance of a bra coming loose, also it tends to chatter and scratch the paint. IMHO | ||

what should i use to prevent rock chips on the paint while at the track? use racing tape all through the front of the car? use a bra? |
