i read a magazine this weekend that had a short interview with Schumacher- apparently it's really hard to get an interview with this guy... Anyway, the interview wasn't very informative, just a few questions and that was it- the journalist was given 15 minutes... i can't remember the name of the magazine, though, i'll have to check it out... i think it was Europe-based magazine...

A bit long winded, but interesting. Nothing new really, especially not if you've read his biography. He's not to blame for being better than the rest. But the F1 show could be a lot more interesting with different rules. Simplest way to make it really interesting would be starting grid in reverse order to championship points. Controversial? Heck yes, but infinitely entertaining. Anybody who watched Watson/Lauda race through the field from dead last in Monaco (of all place the one where passing is the hardest) to a 1-2 victory knows what I mean.

But remember, things can change quickly: We started out in 94 thinking, that it is a given having the best driver (Senna) in the best car (Williams) and look how very different it turned out. Another Silverstone for Schumacher and I couldn't predict the WC 03 at all. Let's hope that ain't gonna happen of course, but never take anything for granted.
