Greetings:

Has anyone ever brought in a stock EURO car and
modified it to race? EPA and DOT told me the
car needs to be modified in EUROPE before the vehicle comes to the U.S.

Otherwise you have to post bond and do the work
in the USA.

It appears to be a cosmetic show that they want.
ie... no stock seats, dash, carpets. They want
racing harness, roll cage, etc....

Outside they want the body modified.

When you are scheduled to race the car in U.S.
What class you will race in. Do you have a
professional drivers license of any kind?

Please post some advice; if you have been down
this path. I am toying with bringing in a
92/93 512TR as a track car.

Sincerely
Ralph
