Also not mentioned everywhere on TV but Rubens set his time in MS's car in complete MS setup including pedals and everything... So, as far as I am concerned, hats off to RB! Jack |

Not shown on TV (at least not on the main feed): Kimi had to park in the Parc Fermee after his lap (like all others) but since he will start from the back of the grid cq pitlane, the McLaren mechanics wanted to collect the car from Parc Fermee to take it to the pitbox. They were stopped by the FIA and were outraged. Don't know the rest or the reason why but this is what I was just been told. Jack |

I think the most important part of the qualifying was not the 1/2 Ferraris, but Kimi now having to start from the rear of the grid. I'm quite sure, he'll fight through the field, but it will be though for him. *IF* the GA03 helds through (something I'm still not so convinced about), this might be MS' break he needs to close up to Kimi in the WC. |

MS could take a VERY slow in-lap as the others have to clear the track in time to give the next guy a clean line and he was the last in line. Did not notice the engine note of RB as we had an interview (audio only) right after his quali lap. Jack |

Did you notice that, immediately after Rubens crossed the line, he REALLY slowed down, almost to a crawl, for his cool-down? You could really hear the engine note go almost to idel. Methinks either (1) he had a problem near the end, hence his slow final sector time, or (2) he is running lighter tanks, and weanted to conserve as much fuel as possible for tomorrow. Did anyone else notice this? All the commentators missed it entirely. |

Both F2003GAs looked very good, I think MS still had a lot to go as he did not use all the track like most of the others were |
