Steve Matchett speculated, that they're supposed to cool the hydraulics. I like the press, which already calls them sharks. Kinda reminiscent of 61. |

Ken, I wondered the same thing about the vents. I wonder if the team site has any info about the car. |

>>>I hope Byrne can keep the GA ahead. I hope they will get close enough to see some interesting battles... Where I almost fell asleep during Imola, this race kept me glued to the tube and it wasn't even THAT close yet. Jack |

One more thing.... Bridgestone really needs to get their R&D people in gear. I think they're falling behind. |

I like the shaped lower front portion of the sidepods and the Williams-ish aerodynamics around the rear tires. I wonder what the shark-gill-looking vents on the right side were for. It's an interesting assymetrical design, at least. ..and I was impressed by the Renault's performance. I have a feeling they're gonna find their few more horses and it'll be a close Ferrari vs. Renault season. I hope Byrne can keep the GA ahead. |

As hoped for, the new cars were the fastest this morning, and both cars are on the front grid. Lets pray that they as reliable as the 2002s. |
