Latest word is that Minardi bought 6 (six) Arrows A23 monocoques and misc. parts.
They'll be using them for comparison and when the A23 proves to be indeed faster than the current Minardi, we might see both verstappen and Wilson in a re-labelled A23 as soon as the Hockenheim GP...

It looks like the Minardi F1 team has bought up the assets of arrows at least the race cars themselves. aparently they are planning on doing side by side comparisons of there current car and see if they can make some improvements. |
