Nice post-qualifying Alonse quote: "I dont want to disrupt the fight for the title and the surest way of doing that is to finish in front of them." Now THAT's the spirit! Jack |

The USA is a huge market fot Toyota, so I suspect they are very light on fuel. A clever publicity tactic because the USA average person doesn't have a strong interest in Formula 1 so that might lead them to believe that Toyota is a top runner. Also means that they get to be on the TV for the early pit stop and of course they will be first in for all the other stops. Just my opinion of course. |

I was amazed by the speed difference between the Ferraris and the BMWs... Almost 2% at the start-finish line (or 344 for MS vs. 350 for JPM). Could be heavy on fuel vs low on fuel but knowing that the Ferrari launch control isn't the best, I wonder if Ross Brawn would gamble on a high fuel load. Just my 0.02 Jack |

If Kimi wins, what a spin that would put on this season. With Ferrari's launch control, I hope MS can hold the position he's got. I can't wait for this race!!! |
