This was our second year attending, and although the result was not as good as last year for Ferrari, the race was much more exciting for me. I can only wonder what Button was thinking when he was leading and Michael was knocking 2 seconds off his lead every lap! The GP is an incredible spectacle. I am also impressed with the crowd and the atmosphere. I heard English being spoken less than half the time. We were in the midst of a large number of BMW fans but everyone got along. (Although they weren't clapping at the end)We only live 90 miles away so it isn't much of trip as it is for you. I know our moderator comes in from Texas. Which Ferrarichat member gets the award for farthest distance travelled? | ||

Just got home. I'll post pictures with in a few hours. WHAT A RACE!!!!! All 3 days were awesome. You can not even begin to imagine the sound of these cars live! Did anyone see them go 3 wide perfectly even down the straight??????? TWO TIMES!!! I am pissed about Reubens, but Michael shined. Just awesome driving on his part. All the fans from around the world, cheering for different teams and EVERYONE was friendly. There was this guy in the front row - a BAR Fan -yea a real BAR fan. He was SOOOOO funny when Honda was leading. When Michael passed him, the guy turns around and starts screaming "2nd is good, 2nd is good!". What a great time! |
