Foxsportsnet is a part of the Fox network. Apparantly they are doing NASCAR now instead of F1. I thought they did a better job than the Speedvision guys, and the race was always on at the same time, as opposed to needing to know the time-zone of the host nation to know when the live Speedvision broadcast would be on. Alas, I don't get Speedvision (saw some on tape from my brother in CA) so I guess I'm screwed. Needless to say, I'm delighted... |

It's probably going to be the same as last year (for me it was on fox sports which I think is related to speedvision), but it isn't set in stone yet who will have rights. Bernie Ecclestone who currently has them until something like the year 2110 is required to make almost what is like a downpayment in July for the season. Well he hasn't forked over the $60 million yet and they are having some discrepancies right now with the Max Mosley (heads the FIA). I would imagine that he will come up with the money very soon because having the rights makes him quite a rich man. |

Does anyone know who will be broadcasting the formula 1 races this year? |
