And Direct TV has promotions at times that essentially rebate the equipment costs so all you need to pay is the subscription! |

Direct TV has been the best thing that happened to me. I was paying $70 a month for digital cable through AT&T for 70 channels and no Speedvision. Now I pay $50 a month for 150 channels with Speedvision. Satelite is great and I never have problems with reception and it's been raining all winter. |

How much do those things cost? If I don't get F1 I'm gonna make my dad get one. I have one of those descramblers (ha, I laugh in the face of George Forman, he does those stealing cable is bad commercials) so I get all the channels which is sweet. I think I just missed the race because I thought it was going to be on Sunday. |

Peter... You need to get a DBS satellite receiver. Providers live Direct TV have it available with their regular package. |

You guys are lucky. Speedvision doesn't air F1 in Canada, because the CBC has broadcasting rights. But the nerve of them airing it at like 4:00am in the morning! That's why I've been relying on highlights on the local news and short write-ups in the paper. I only get details from the mags months later (from Forza, PH, etc...). |

Last year I got every race on Fox Sports Network and they were almost all (except for a like 2 of them)on starting at 9:30 in the morning with the prerace. I hope that someone does this again. Speedvision said that they were continuing their contract which makes me think that they were on the same channel as FSN last year and that they will be again this year. I have been looking forward to watching the Australian for months and now I can't find where it or future ones will be. At least Ferrari did well. Hopefully two weeks from now F1 will be on. |

Speedvision just got rights for F1 a few days ago and they mentioned that they are the only broadcaster in the USA, I guess that may leave Fox out. |

It started around 9:30 last night. In the DC area they broadcasted it live on Speedvision. I don't get it at home, but Ferrari of Washington had a huge party last night with live coverage of the race. It was pretty nice. |

What time was it on? I have been looking through all the channels yesterday and today and have not found it. The channel that had it last year (Fox Sports Net) doesn't seem to have it on anytime today. I live right near New York City so I would think that I would get it. |

They need to replace the workers with caution lights where the workers would normally be with observers for that area in a safe place. This an insane problem with a simple cure. |

I just saw the start and finish, there was a bunch of red on the podium. Too bad for the course worker that died, I think most of those people are volunteers. With the same thing happening last year there will probably be more safety precautions in the future. Go Ferrari!!! |
