In order to make the driver's and/or constructor's championship closer, the FIA could decide to dock all of Ferrari's points when Rubens moved over for Michael.

I remember when Michael was driving for Bennetton and they wanted to close up the driver's championship, they banned Michael for a few races to allow Damon Hill (I believe) to catch up.

I guess we'll find out June 26 ...
