Matt and JL,
Can you imagine what it's going to cost me if I get a 575M?
You guys are a great bunch!
PS After I brought Faye to look at a 575 M in the showroom of Cutter Merc Benz here in SB (on consignment),Faye immediately went to Nordstrom.

Agree with Jean-Louis,
It was a fun day and Matt is a great organizer!
He even arranged for 3 out of 5 of us to get food served in the hour allotted to lunch.

On that website they had a gorgeous blue 512 that only went for 59k? That seems like a pretty good deal. Too bad its gone. Some people might not like the color, but id be happy with anything :-)

It was a wonderful day once agian. Every trip that Matt organizes whether small or large always proves to be entertaining. Thank you agian for the people responsible in setting up the fun day.

Hi, I think that the 365 california spider is a beautifull ferrari and very original. The number of cars are similar to the gto. Beautiful lines and powerfull engine and ver very original shape.
Pininfarina does a nice exercise of style with this car.
More photos please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but as for me, I think that most of the classic Ferrari's are ugly. They are just to plain. Not until they started to put the engine in the rear of the car did they become appealing to the eye. I think that starting with the Dino's, the designs started to look more exotic.

Jordan, I just lifted it from Mike Sheehan's site www.ferraris-online.com. It's in the "Cars Missed" section. I don't know if Mike Photoshop'd it what. What do you think?

Personally, I've always felt that the 365 Cali would have made an excellent Batmobile.

Jordan-

It's got a 330 front end (sort of), and a 365/gtb4 rear (sort of).
Quite handsome in the front.
The rest, well, only a mother could love, I guess.

I took the day off of work for other reasons but Today Marty, Faye, Jean-Louis, Julie, Jason Fraser, myself, and JOINED BY MY WIFE, Andrea, We all went to the Nethercutt collection in Sylmar.

With the notable exception of Lunch, we all had a good time strolling around some very nice old vintage cars. Only one Ferrari in the collection and it was a, dare I say, Butt Ugly 365 California Spyder with some weird rear end and side vents similar to a 308.

Yuck
