I have the check engine light on mine as well. It came on during a real heavy fog in San Diego but I don't know if that had anything to do with it. I am curious as to what becomes of yours as I need to take mine in as well.

His full name is Alan Johnson. He is the service manager.

Have to checked your gas cap to see if it was loose and reset the computer to clear the codes?

Joe,

Bob Callahan has the same car with the same problem and lives in Santa Barbara. He is taking his car to the Auto Galley to get it checked.

Call Alan @ 818.884.4411 and ask for Ferrari Service. They are top notch.

Not really,
Santa Barbara.

Got a F355 with a 'check engine light' on.

Got a guy up here who says it's one thing, I was looking for a second opinion.

Byron,

You better learn to drive from someone else. I really suck but I have great fun. Just bought a trailer to haul the trailer queen all around Ca. to race. Now I can carry more junk to the track like my bar b que.

Carl - thanks. If we do set up an event like this, I will be happy to coordinate. But in trade, you will have to teach me how to REALLY drive the Challenge car!

$450 for 2 days is quite a bit, too...

I wonder if we can get a thunderhill event together sometime midyear for cheaper... perhaps in June/July?

Matt-

I'm game!
However, the next event, in that range, is being hosted by the Ferrari Club in that area.
Looks like I'm outta luck.

March 29-30
Track Event at Laguna Seca

Chair: Frank Zucchi 925/373-3581

Details here: http://www.ferraripacific.org/comevents/IMAGES/032903.jpg
--------------------------------------------------

But, for two days it's $450. The tracquest event going on there, for two days, is $700. Now that's a lot of dough.

That is 400 bucks more than the alfa club and I don't think there are that many more cars in an alfa events. Alfa price is for the weekend too.
