Byron- Both shops in OC, that I know of, are either a. moving or b. closing. There is a shop here, in San Diego, but that's too far for some of you. Re: BW, there will be plenty of advanced notice, and lots of seat time, I promise!

Hubert, check with Jerry - he has a few shop names in OC that will do dyno days for pretty cheap.

Buttonwillow sounds like fun, but Friday's are tough for me. Work!! Who knows, if there is enough advance notice, I may be able to take a friday off and fly in on thursday to go.

The Bad:

So, the shop where I planned on holding Dyno Day is moving; which pushes back, for the moment indefinatly, the date on which we can plan to hold the event. It may well happen, but probably not until summer, there's been a lot of restructureing in the biz lately, and such.

The Good:
My friend Jeff and I are planning on renting BW for a day (weekday, Friday), and I wanted to check how many of you here would commit to attending? Cost would be $150-$175. Planning on doing a follow the leader session for begineers, and instruction will be available. More than likely run race #13 CW for 1/2 the day, and CCW for the other 1/2. This is a great track with a lot of variability, and is relativly easy on the car compared to Streets of Willow (which we also considered). Let me know.
