Hey, I'll be in NY and CT from May 16-25. Will be visiting relatives and friends. Don't know how much free time I'll actually have (lots of people to see), but should get into manhattan at least once. Maybe I'll check the NY section to see if there are any ferrari events going on... Dom |

Alright I appologize to everyone for not posting lately. I have been unbelievably swamped since comming back from New York, I am almost caught up. About New York. Arrived early Thursday Morning checked in to the W- Went to Ground Zero, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, and took the subway. Thursday evening went to Bice- wonderful restaurant that a buddy of mines family ownes. Then a club called Shabal- owned by same family. Friday, Saturday, Sunday Took double decker bus cruise during the day- Central Park, soho, china town, little italy, greenwich village, union square. Got off at almost every stop and did a lot of walking. Friday took a dinner cuise around manhattan, and did a little dancing, then met a bunch of friends at the whisky bar at the W. Saturday went to a good friends amazing wedding at St. Patricks Cathedral and then an after party in Long Island, and then some drinks at Whisky blue. Sunday went to a wonderful Pizza place called Serafina with some friends and then took a late night flight back home. While having lunch at a little deli on Lexington- I saw the filming of a new yellow Lamborguini Gallardo- it was amazing. Doors open up like a regular car. Had a wonderful time in New York- but spent way to much money- for people who think LA is expensive- try eating in Manhattan. Beautiful city for the most part people were very nice, but for the price of 4 good nights in New York you can do 7+ nights in Italy or Amsterdam. It is good to be back in LA- I haven't driven my baby in a good 10 days now I am having withdwrals. JLM |
