http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/rulings/Labels5.mlv.html The dash label is temporary and can be removed, visor labels are inferred they should remain unless the vehicle is equipped with smart airbags. Loosely translated, smart airbags will not deploy if small individuals or children are in the seat. Sunny |

Just like the stickers on matress. The final consumer can remove any sticker. |

Dealer removed all those stickers on my new 575 so I doubt that it is illegal. Do not use any solvent-do the following-peel the sticker off and use the adhesive on the back of the sticker to dab the adhesive left on the dash or visors. By dabing for a few min 's all the sticky crap came off and the leather is perfect. |

Yeah, Matt, I also was under the impression that you couldnt, legally. On most of our cars they're still there. But, I guess some people might remove them. I'll get back to this.

Ah, this is a curious question indeed. I don't know of a proper way to remove them either, but I also have a few questions of my own? I figure they're supposed to be removed, no? Either way, is there any advantage to not removing them (value, originality, something crazy like this)? Is it seen as silly to leave them on (that is if you are supposed to remove them)? Lastly, same as Jeremy's question. |

It's high time I got to removing the air bag warning stickers from my 360 dash and sun visors BUT I am worried about damaging the leather. Anybody any recommendations on how to do this and what solvent product to use? Thanks PS Interior leather is dark blue if that makes any difference |
