No news yet. I am going to try and contact him later in the week if he does not call or e-mail me.

Both FoBH and Tillack leave a VERY BAD taste in my mouth.

Matt,

I've met both Alan and Gary, and both seemed very nice. I know that Gary has experience at Ferrari of Beverly Hills and Tillack. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with him.

I just found out that there has been a change at the service department there. Alan is no longer the service manager.

I called to see about my pending appointment to which I was greeted by "Gary" who I found very unprofessional on the phone.

I hope Alan ends up at another Ferrari service center or starts up his own shop. Alan is a tremendous asset to the ferrari community and the Auto Gallery made a HUGE mistake. I guess hard work and customer dedication is something that Auto Gallery does not want anymore.
